INTRODUCTION TO THE FACUTY OF PHILOSOPHY
 

The Faculty of philosophy, Hanoi national University of Education was founded on 5th April 2011 according to decision No. 7265 of Minister of Education and Training. The academic staff of the Faculty includes 18 officers: six Associate Professors, Masters; 5 Doctors; 5 PhD students and 2 Masters. Philosophy syllabus will enable students to gain knowledge and understanding of philosophy as well as skills of practice about the teaching methods of philosophy. Admission requirement is the combination of following subjects: Literature, Mathematics, Foreign Languages (codes: DO1, DO2, DO3), Maths, Literature, History (Code: CO3); Literature, History, Geography (code: COO). After graduating from the Bachelor of philosophy, students can continue studying Master and PhD at the Faculty or other training facilities inside and outside the country. In addition, students can teach at Institutes, Universities, Colleges, professional and vocational centers, High Schools or work as researchers at Institutes and Academies of philosophy majors, officials of the Party and the Government agencies from the Center to the locality.
