SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONAL ROOMS
Separate building of total area 5,000 sq. m with 1,200 seats.
- System of professional rooms
All rooms are situated on the first floor with different usage:
- Room 103: Processing functions; setting up the system for searching long-running and updating news.
- Room104: Categorizing documents; filing up readers and readers’ cards; getting ordered news; supplementing and swapping documents.
- Room 112:
+ Receiving, guiding readers and library guests; replying readers’ comments.
+ Providing services for library registration for freshmen and senior students before graduating; arranging using library courses.
+Dealing with all violation on library regulations.
2. System for on the spot reading rooms:
* Open store-oriented rooms
- Room203: for reading newspapers and magazines.
- Room 302: for reading references and consulting research documents.
* Close store-oriented rooms
- Room 301: for reading references.
- Room 401: for reading newspapers, magazines, and thesis
3. System for take-away
- Room 101: for borrowing textbooks - Open store-oriented service
- Room 201: for borrowing references- Close store-oriented service.
4. System for I.T rooms: Managing and guiding Internet skills directly, providing updated documents available at the library of Hanoi National University of Education and other libraries for the university readers. Managing, processing, and using library software effectively; securing data running smoothly and safely; managing, using and maintaining monitory and stationed machines.
All the rooms for I.T are: room 402, room 403, room 404 & room 405
