Attending the program, on the side of the Ministry of Education and Training, there were Ms. Ngo Thi Minh - Deputy Minister of Education and Training. On the side of Samsung Vietnam, there were Mr. Choi Joo Ho - General Director of Samsung Vietnam Complex, Mr. Kim Hyun - Deputy General Director International Relations of Samsung Vietnam Complex. On the side of Hanoi National University of Education, there was Mr. Nguyen Duc Son - Vice Rector of the University.

At the event, Samsung Vietnam, Junior Achievement Vietnam and representatives of educational units from the Department of Labour- Invalids and Social Affairs of Lang Son province, Hanoi National University of Education, School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hoa Sen University in Ho Chi Minh City, and Ischool International School System have signed the MOU, affirming commitment accompanying to realize the SIC program 2022 - 2023 in Vietnam.

The program is designed on an educational foundation that combines future core technology skills with soft skills and practical work skills. These training contents are selected through conducting a stratified survey according to the development trends in the industries in each different region, combined with the recruitment demand at large companies.

Students who complete the course and achieve the required results of the program will receive a certificate of completion of the Samsung Innovation Campus course, as well as have the opportunity to participate in many other valuable project activities such as Innovation Tech Challenge.

In addition, with the aim of enhancing sustainability, the SIC 2022-2023 project also organizes training courses for teachers, to support the improvement of professional and pedagogical capacity as well as to support teachers. The Teacher training course is designed by leading experts of Samsung Group as well as major research institutions - universities across the country.
