Attending the signing ceremony from Hanoi National University of Education were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President; Dr. Vuong Huy Tho – Director of the Center of Training and Continuing Education; Dr. Luu Thi Kim Nhung – Director of the Center for Educational Development and Digital Technology; Dr. Thai Thi Cam Trang – Deputy Director of the Center for Educational Development and Digital Technology, and Vice Principal of HNUE Elite Middle School.

From the Lam Dong Department of Education and Training: Ms. Le Thi Bich Lien – Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department; The Deputy Directors and heads of specialized divisions under the Department.

The conference also welcomed Mr. Vo Thanh Cong – Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Science and Technology, as well as representatives from the Department of Finance and other relevant provincial agencies.

The MOU was signed based on major resolutions and strategies of the Party, State, and the Ministry of Education and Training regarding educational development, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. It is aligned with the educational development orientation of Lam Dong province for the 2025-2030 period.

Both parties agreed to establish a comprehensive cooperation framework with the following objectives:

• Enhancing the quality of educational management and developing the contingent of managers and teachers.
• Promoting digital transformation in teaching and effectively implementing the 2018 General Education Program.
• Building high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Bich Lien – Director of the Lam Dong DOET, emphasized: "The signing of the cooperation agreement with Hanoi National University of Education is of great significance, creating a foundation for the Lam Dong education sector to access advanced training models, improve teacher quality, and promote digital transformation and the application of science and technology in management and teaching".

The cooperation agreement focuses on key areas such as:

• Implementing digital transformation in education.
• Improving the quality of gifted schools.
• Training teachers to teach in English and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Innovating testing and educational quality assessment.
• Collaborating on scientific research and STEM education development.
• Organizing provincial, national, and international scientific conferences.

The MOU is valid for five years and serves as a vital foundation for strengthening the connection between HNUE — a key national pedagogical institution — and the locality. This partnership contributes to enhancing the quality of education and training to meet the sustainable development requirements of Lam Dong province in the new era.
