Representing Hanoi National University of Education were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang – Head of the President’s Office; PGS.TS. Bui Thi Lam – In charge of the School of Child Development Sciences; Dr. Do Thi Thao – Vice Principal of the School of Child Development Sciences; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Hai Ha – Vice Head of the Science and Technology Office; and Dr. Dinh Nguyen Trang Thu – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Special Education.
Opening the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President of Hanoi National University of Education, expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the International Medical Research Association for Developmental Disorders in Asia. He emphasized that this signing ceremony is not only a milestone for successful scientific forums but, more importantly, a substantive connection between the School of Child Development Sciences and the Association. On this basis, extensive cooperation activities will soon be implemented at HNUE and throughout Vietnam, bringing sustainable value to society.

This promising beginning serves as an important prerequisite for the 1st ASEAN Conference on Support for Children with Developmental Disorders and Autism, scheduled to be held in March 2026 in Hanoi. It is expected to create positive impacts on the care, education, and early intervention for children with special needs in the coming time.
