At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Doat - Head of the Organization and Personnel Office, announced the decisions on the appointment and re-appointment of managerial officials. The decisions were issued based on close adherence to the orientations and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State, and regulations of the education sector, while stemming from practical requirements and the development orientation of the University in the new phase.

At the ceremony, the University Leadership also expressed their gratitude and presented a fresh bouquet of flowers to Prof. Dr. Le Huy Bac – Dean of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, Former Director of the Institute for International Education and Training, and Dr. Nguyen Nhat Tan – Former Head of the Office of Political Work and Student Affairs, for their important contributions during their journey of building and developing the Institute for International Education and Training and the Office of Political Work and Student Affairs, contributing to promoting the strengths and potential of HNUE in these areas of work.
