This is a deeply meaningful annual activity, reflecting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source." It demonstrates the University's respect and gratitude for the persistent and dedicated contributions of generations of officials, staff, and employees who have devoted themselves to the construction and development of HNUE throughout their careers.
Attending the meeting were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President; along with representatives of functional departments, units, and mass organizations. Most importantly, the event honored the presence of the teachers, staff, and employees retiring in 2025.
During the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Doat – Head of the Office of Organization and Personnel, presented a summary report on the implementation of retirement policies for 2025. Accordingly, in 2025, HNUE saw 08 staff and employees retire. These individuals have had long tenures, achieved significant professional milestones, and contributed to the University’s development in management, training, and scientific research:

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Thu – Faculty of Chemistry
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Hoc – Faculty of Physics
- Mr. Le Xuan Liem – Office of Infrastructure Management
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Hao Tam – Faculty of Philology
- MSc. Pham Thi Nu – Faculty of Arts
- MSc. Do Thi Phi Nga – Faculty of English
- MSc. Doan Thi Thanh Tram – HNUE Campus in Ninh Binh Province
Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President recognized, commended, and expressed his deep gratitude for the invaluable contributions of the retirees. The President emphasized that the contributions of preceding generations serve as the vital foundation for HNUE to continue developing and affirming its position as a key national institution for pedagogical training and research.
