Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) was assigned to train doctoral degrees from 1976 and masters since 1991 by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Education and Training. Up to now, nearly 1,500 doctors, 21,000 masters with 43 majors in doctoral training and 55 majors in masters training have been graduated. Every year, the university recruits about 100 PhD students and 1450 master students. The postgraduate department was established on January 16, 2007 with the function of organizing and managing postgraduate training. Along with the task of training talents, providing highly qualified human resources for our country, especially for the education sector, HNUE also provides training and professional training for many students, teachers, graduate students and international students. Many scientists, educators, managers, intellectuals, artists, and mature social activists graduated from HNUE have been promoting their role in the fields work area.
