YOUTH UNION - STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION

          Youth Union of Hanoi National University of Education is a political and social organization responsible for organizing, educating and training union members, youth, pupils and students to strive for learning and to form appropriate belief in the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, which contributes to establishing a sustainable university. The youth of the school is proud to be the root and the leading flagship of the grandiose revolutionary movements in the city youth and the whole country, namely the "Three Ready" movement, "Socialist Student Community Establishment" movement, "Voluntary and Country-protected Youth", "Students and Pupils as Volunteers", "Students' Scientific Research" and so forth. This has increasingly affirmed the indispensable role as the prime foundation of the students' movement in Hanoi.

In particular, there exist outstanding activities with the aim of promoting professional quality, capacity and skills related to social works of students:

Students' Scientific Research and Young Intellectuals' Scientific Research Activities

Students can register to conduct scientific research under the guidance of lecturers. This is a good opportunity for students to improve their research abilities and to serve their learning activities. Annually, many students have won scientific research awards at all levels.

Scientific activities of young intellectuals are prominently concerned by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of HNUE from the faculties to the university. Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of HNUE is also the initiator of organizing the Scientific Conference of young intellectuals of other Universities of Education. Through scientific research activities, many young intellectuals have progressively matured and claimed their scientific prestige.

Community Voluntary Activities

Youth Union and Vietnamese Students' Association of HNUE regularly organizes volunteer activities on-site for students and focuses on the Volunteer Youth Summer Campaign. Through volunteering, students will have more opportunities to contribute their fresh energy to community. Simultaneously, they may get a chance to improve the practical skills of social works, accommodating the comprehensive education purpose for students and their future career.

In addition, students have significant potentials to participate in a lot of student clubs in terms of individual hobbies, academics and skills training directed by the Youth Union - Vietnamese Students' Association of HNUE.
