1. Conference Content
The content of the Conference spans various areas of research within the social sciences, humanities, and education, particularly in the context of the ongoing global digital transformation. This is an opportunity for scientists and researchers from both domestic and international institutions across different disciplines to meet, exchange ideas, and discuss potential directions for integrated, multidisciplinary, and interdisciplinary research, as well as to stay updated on emerging global research trends. The Conference will focus on the following major thematic groups:
Thematic Group 1: Philosophy and Religious Studies.
Thematic Group 2: Psychology and Education.
Thematic Group 3: Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, and Art Studies.
Thematic Group 4: History, Anthropology, and Archival Science.
Thematic Group 5: Political Science, Sociology, and Socio-Economic and Human Geography.
Thematic Group 6: Vietnamese Studies and International Studies.

2. Time and Venue
– Tentative date: November 27 and 28, 2025
– Venue: K1 Building, Hanoi National University of Education, No. 136 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
3. Composition of Participants
In Vietnam, the conference is attended by leaders and representatives from central government agencies, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences; provincial and municipal authorities; as well as universities, academies, and research institutes across the country.
Internationally, the conference features the participation of scholars from prestigious universities in the French Republic, including: École Normale Supérieure – ENS Ulm, École Nationale des Chartes, École Pratique des Hautes Études – EPHE, and École Normale Supérieure de Lyon,... It also includes researchers from universities and research institutes in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other countries.
4. Working Languages
– Presentations at the Conference: in Vietnamese, English, or French.
– Full papers: in Vietnamese, English, French, or Chinese (for specific requirements, see the reporting guidelines in Section 5).
5. Submission Guidelines and Deadlines
5.1. Submission Guidelines
– Submitted papers must be original research that has not been previously published in any books, journals, or conference proceedings, either domestically or internationally. The author(s) group shall ensure and take full responsibility for the quality of the report content and copyright compliance.
– The full scientific paper must be accompanied by an English or French version. (If the author writes the full paper in Vietnamese or Chinese, a complete English or French translation must be submitted along with it, and the author is solely responsible for the quality of the translation.) The author is fully responsible for all revisions related to content, format, and language (if required by reviewers).
– The full paper should be approximately 4.000 to 7.000 words in length and must strictly adhere to the formatting guidelines provided in the sample template (Appendix 2). The basic structure of the paper should include: abstract, introduction, main content (research methodology, research findings, discussion), conclusion, references, and author information. All images used must be clearly sourced.
– Papers must use Times New Roman, font size 12, single line spacing.
– Footnotes may be used for explanatory notes if necessary.
– References must be listed in alphabetical order by surname, following the APA 7th edition citation style. For interview materials, footnotes should specify the location and date of the interview.
– File format: MS Word.docx (do not submit in .doc or .pdf format).
5.2. Submission Timeline
– Abstract submission deadline: before 31/7/2025.
– Notification of abstract review results:
+ For abstracts submitted on or before 15/6/2025: Notification of results will be sent before 10/7/2025.
+ For abstracts submitted after 15/6/2025 and before or on 31/7/2025: Notification of results will be sent before 10/8/2025.
– Full paper submission deadline: before 30/9/2025.
* Note: The conference will only accept full papers from authors whose abstracts have been approved.
6. Conference Publications
– Selected full papers from the conference will be published by University of Education Publisher or one of several international publishers (in France): Éditions Kimé; Éditions Gallimard; Éditions Demopolis; Éditions de l’École des Chartes.
– Conference publications released nationally and internationally will consist of full papers reviewed by a professional committee and assigned an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

Notes:
– This fee includes the cost of paper review and the publication of the Conference Proceedings (either domestic or international). The corresponding author is responsible for covering the publication support fee.
– The above fee does not include the cost of the post-conference excursion, which is scheduled for November 29, 2025 (1 day) at the Tràng An Scenic Landscape Complex in Ninh Bình, recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site. Each participant wishing to join the excursion is kindly requested to pay 1.000.000 VND by October 20, 2025 (after this deadline, the fee may increase according to the event organizer's notice).
– Delegates are responsible for any bank transfer fees in accordance with their bank’s regulations.
