On the morning of November 20, 2025, Hanoi National University of Education solemnly organized the Meeting Ceremony celebrating Vietnamese Teachers' Day and the 2025 Awards Conferment at all levels.
The ceremony was honored to welcome former leaders of the University from various periods: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh – Chairman of the Scientific and Training Council – Former President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nghiem Dinh Vy – Former President; Prof. Dr. Dinh Quang Bao – Former President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Ngoc Bao – Former Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Ba – Former Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Thu – Former Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Quoc Chung – Former Vice President; Prof. Dr. Do Dinh Thanh – Former Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu The Hung – Former Vice President; Prof. Dr. Tran Dang Xuyen – Former Vice President.
From Hanoi National University of Education were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Trao – Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President.
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of the University, expressed deep gratitude to the former leaders of the University, veteran teachers, and preceding generations of educators. He affirmed: "Now, we have boldly and confidently affirmed the goal of becoming a National Key Pedagogical University. To achieve that, the emotions we have today are a great source of motivation, along with the will and courage to face changes, which are decisive factors in whether we achieve this goal or not." Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son also emphasized that the university's faculty, students, and trainees are the core force to bring Hanoi National University of Education to glorious milestones in the future.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of the Scientific and Training Council, Former President of the University, received the Second-Class Labor Order; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council, received the Third-Class Labor Order. The University implemented awards at various levels for individuals with outstanding achievements: Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training; Outstanding Lecturers, Outstanding Administrative Staff of the 2024-2025 academic year.

On behalf of all students of the University, Ms Bui Thi Ngoc Diep - a student from the Faculty of Primary Education, Second Prize winner in the Ministry-level Student Scientific Research competition, expressed profound gratitude: "We promise to continue the Pedagogical tradition, constantly learn, master new knowledge, cultivate professional competence and ethics; be ready to adapt to the changes of the times, to become standard, creative, pioneering educators. We vow to strive relentlessly to be worthy of the teaching grace of our teachers and the glorious tradition of our beloved Hanoi National University of Education."

Also within the framework of the ceremony, the University revisited beautiful moments and presented awards for the 2025 University-Level Pedagogical Professionalism Competition, a meaningful annual activity contributing to nurturing love for the profession, training pedagogical skills, and discovering young talents among students. The competition categories left deep impressions, affirming the University's training quality.
