On the behalf of Hanoi National University of Education, there were representatives from the Party Committee, Board of Management, President of the University's Trade Union, Secretary of the University’s Youth Union; President of the University’s Students Union; representatives of leaders of the Association of University’s Former Lecturers; Deans and Vice Deans of faculties, offices and departments of the University; representatives of the Board of Management of the affiliated elementary, primary and high schools, student managers and lecturers of faculties; And especially there were the presence of more than 1300 new graduates in 2023 of Hanoi National University of Education and their parents from different regions of the country gathered at the Hanoi National University of Education. At the closing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh - President of Hanoi National University of Education has shared enthusiastic with the new bachelors. He said: “Today, I will not teach you about distant things, nor talk much about the achievements of technology. Because I believe that your generation has a more generous perspective, grasping and understanding than my generation about the many achievements that mankind has to offer. I want to remind you about the reason for life and bravery…. You will be the ones to create a school full of love, so that each child feels at peace and wishes to come”. And then “Tomorrow you will go to real life… That place needs bravery, perseverance and time. But I believe that you, my students, who have the will, love and responsibility will be willing to commit and do it”. His advice will be a source of motivation for all students of Hanoi National University of Education in the next step, to keep in their consciousness and pride as a student of Hanoi National University of Education.

On behalf of the new bachelors, student Trinh Quang Thach – Excellent Bachelor of K69CLC, Faculty of Geography expressed gratitude to parents and family who have always been the most solid spiritual fulcrum. At the same time, he also expressed his deepest gratitude to the lecturers of Hanoi National University of Education for always being considerate, dedicated to teaching, instructing and instilling a passion for the cause of students’ development who are listened, guided and matured through the teachers' lessons. Especially, He gave a big thank to the Board of Management, the teachers in the departments, faculties, and offices in the University for always creating learning and training conditions for all HNUE’s students.
