The ceremony took place in a solemn and cozy atmosphere, with the presence of representatives of the People’s Committee of Dich Vong Hau Ward, Agencies, Local leaders, Teachers, Former leaders of the University, Party Committee, University Council, Board of Directors, Leaders of Faculties, Departments, Centers and Affiliated units, especially the presence of nearly 3,000 new graduates in 2025 and parents who were present early to share the joy and pride with the new graduates on graduation day.
Instead of the usual speech from the President, this year, the new students of K71 received an extremely emotional farewell gift about the learning and growing process of K71 at Hanoi National University of Education. This is not only a gift of gratitude to all students of K71, but also a loving message from the University before the farewell moment. From the first online classes during the pandemic season, full of confusion, to the first day back to the lecture hall with excitement and joy; from the first shaky hours of teaching practice, to the exciting scientific research activities and extra curriculum activities. Through each activity, K71’s journey appears realistic and close - not flashy, but full of effort and maturity under the roof of “HNUE”.

Representing the new graduates at the ceremony, student Nguyen The Phuong - High Quality K71 class, Faculty of Biology - expressed his deep and thoughtful thoughts on the farewell day: “Hanoi National University of Education is the place that nurtures and fuels my ideals in life every day. This is a serious and fair academic environment, where every student, no matter where they come from, must strive with their own abilities, diligence and progressive spirit. That is what has helped me to be trained, challenged and mature. I have had the opportunity to participate in scientific research, to practice pedagogical skills, and to be exposed to progressive educational thinking from international academic exchange programs. Those experiences not only helped me affirm myself, but also gave me a strong belief: an advanced education is an education where no one is left behind.… It is the opportunity to study in a fair environment, where abilities are recognized and efforts are acknowledged, that has given wings to my own development. And I believe that it is not only for me. Over the past four years, I have chosen small actions to nurture great ideals.”

K71 has entered the university during the days of social distancing, now graduated in the middle of a brilliant summer like the way new beginnings often begin - gently, quietly but full of hope. The first online classes may be awkward, but from there they learned how to adapt to the changes in life. The first times of teaching, doing internships, or staying up late with friends to complete lessons, all have become an indispensable part of their preparation for entering the world.
The ceremony ended with resounding music, hugs, handshakes, and yearbook photos that were taken in a hurry but kept for a long time. Not too noisy, but full of emotions – that’s how the K71 class said goodbye to Hanoi National University of Education.
Graduation is not the end but the beginning of a new journey, where HNUE’s students bring with knowledge, faith, kindness, and responsibility that have been cultivated over the past four years under the roof of Hanoi National University of Education.
