The conference elected the Presidium, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of University’s Board; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President; Dr. Cao Tuan Anh - President of the HNUE's Trade Union; Prof. Dr. Dang Ngoc Quang - Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thi Lam - Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education. The Conference Secretaries included Dr. Vu Viet Hung - Vice Head of the President's Office; Dr. Dao Thi Sen - President of the Faculty of Biology's Trade Union.

At the Conference, delegates focused on listening to and discussing key contents, including:

1. Summary Report of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Achievements and Directions for the 2025-2026 Academic Year;

2. Synthesis report of feedback contributions from units for the University's report;

3. Report on the implementation results of the Resolution of the 2024-2025 Conference of Officials and Employees and regulations on implementing democracy at the unit, results of monitoring and supporting officials and employees in implementing democracy at Hanoi National University of Education;

4. Specialized Reports and Discussions: Financial report; Report of the People's Inspectorate; and Report of the Education Inspectorate.

The Conference set out key directions and goals for the 2025-2026 academic year focusing on three main contents:

1. Implementing lean management, rearrangement, and restructuring of the apparatus according to strategic orientation: Developing project proposals for schools; Continuing to adjust functions, restructure and streamline the apparatus; Developing and updating regulations for staff evaluation towards KPIs, training staff according to planning;

2. Deploying the Key Pedagogical University: Orienting to open majors according to development strategy; Implementing steps to build journals towards Scopus goals; Seeking investment capital for laboratories, scientific equipment; Renovating, repairing, upgrading physical facilities and campus landscape, lecture halls...; Diversifying financial sources.

3. Digital transformation: administration, training (teaching and testing): Digital transformation of administrative activities on the online system; Continuing digital transformation of training management procedures, postgraduate training; Digital transformation in teaching: blended teaching for 10% of subjects; Digital testing project: general subjects, SPT exam.

The Conference of Officials, Employees and Financial Conference of Hanoi National University of Education for the 2025-2026 academic year concluded successfully in a democratic, open spirit and achieved high consensus, towards key tasks, creating a solid foundation for the University to successfully implement key tasks in the 2025-2026 academic year.
