Attending the conference from the University Leadership were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien – Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Lan Hung Son – Member of the Party Committee in charge of mass organizations and Acting Head of the Office of Political Work and Student Affairs; Alongside leaders of various functional offices, centers, institutes, dormitories, leadership from the 3 constituent schools, and the 24 training faculties.

Over the years, the development and welfare of students have always been a top priority for the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and functional offices. Beyond investing in professional expertise and training quality, the university has continuously innovated its facilities to provide students with a safe and effective learning environment. This conference provided an open space for students to directly exchange ideas with university representatives, express their aspirations, and receive direct answers from leadership and functional departments. It was an opportunity for learners, teachers, and managers to share responsibility in building a strong national key pedagogical university.

Opening the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee, commended the Office of Political Work and Student Affairs, the Youth Union, and the Students’ Association for their proactive coordination in organizing this important forum. He also thanked the leaders of departments, institutes, and faculties for attending to listen to and share solutions with the students to improve university operations.

During nearly two hours of direct dialogue, 18 questions were raised regarding various fields: credit-based training, curriculum innovation, STEM education integration, exit standards, the digital student conduct evaluation system, policies for postgraduate studies, scholarship opportunities, international exchange programs, and job fairs. Students also inquired about electronic textbooks, digital library resources, classroom facilities, self-study spaces, dormitory sports facilities, Party development among students, and activities for the upcoming 2026 Lunar New Year.

Under the direction of the Presidium, heads of functional offices, institutes, and faculties answered student questions according to their respective areas of management. Through these responses, leaders shared university policies and encouraged student representatives to disseminate this information to their peers so that all students are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President, expressed his desire for both managers and students to empathize with one another to jointly develop the university.
In his concluding remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee, thanked the students for their high-quality questions. He noted that in the context of digital transformation and AI, the ability to think and ask quality questions is crucial for adaptation and development. On behalf of the leadership, he committed to implementing improvements based on student feedback to enhance training, research, and support services.
