The program was attended by Party Committee members, the Executive Board, the Trade Union, the Youth Union, the Student Association of the university, as well as representatives from the leadership of faculties, departments, and all students of the university. Additionally, press agencies and media outlets were present to cover the 2024 Job Fair.
Attending and speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Nguyen Van Trao, Vice President of the university, shared: "The Job Fair is an annual event organized by the university to connect current and former students of Hanoi National University of Education with employers. Through the Job Fair, in addition to the opportunity to find suitable job positions, our students also get familiar with and have direct interviews with employers, which helps them further enhance the necessary skills for entering the job market and employment. " Furthermore, the university's leadership expressed gratitude to the 27 employers who participated in the Job Fair and provided over 1000 job positions for the students of Hanoi National University of Education.

At the Job Fair, a large number of students from across the university and some alumni were present early in the morning to have the opportunity to learn and connect with employers at each booth. The students prepared their resumes, and proactively engaged with and interviewed directly with the employers. This was an opportunity for them to understand the job market and set career directions for the future.
The 2024 Job Fair attracted the interest and recruitment participation of schools in the education system, ranging from preschools, elementary schools, and middle schools to high schools, particularly including bilingual schools and high-quality institutions. In addition, companies and organizations in the education and technology sectors also participated in the recruitment process. Among the units with direct recruitment booths, some were led by alumni of Hanoi University of Education, which was highly encouraging for both the university and the students.
As part of the program, the university gratefully presented commemorative gifts to the sponsors as a token of appreciation for their participation and support for the 2024 Job Fair at HNUE.
