Implemented according to the model of School Social Work - Psychological Counseling activities, the program was directly guided by Dr. To Phuong Oanh - lecturer from the Faculty of Social Work, along with the companionship of staff and students from the social work major. Through experiential activities, interactions, role-playing, and action commitments, students practiced skills to recognize risks of kidnapping, bullying, and online fraud, learned safe methods, and proactively sought support when necessary.
Not only helping students enhance their self-protection capabilities, positive behavior, and self-worth understanding, the activity also demonstrated the spirit of connection between the Faculty of Social Work, Hanoi National University of Education and secondary schools, aiming to build a safe - compassionate - happy educational environment.
The message "I understand - I am alert - I share to stay safe!" was enthusiastically expressed by students in the program's conclusion as a simple yet profound promise - together spreading love, responsibility, and peace to friends, teachers, and the community.
The "I am Safe - I am Happy" program is a beautiful milestone in the cooperative journey between the Faculty of Social Work and the HNUE Elite Middle School, where the values of safety, love, and happiness are initiated, nurtured, and spread - contributing to nurturing young citizens who are confident, compassionate, and ready to share for the community.
