On the morning of November 17, at Hanoi National University of Education, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Luong Cuong attended the Celebration of Vietnamese Teacher's Day and the 8th National Education Emulation Congress. Also attending were Party and State leaders, former leaders, and representatives of officials, teachers, and outstanding individuals from the education sector nationwide.
