Representing Hanoi National University of Education were: Assoc. The conference was also privileged to welcome the presence of major National Broadcast and Television: Vietnam Television, Vietnam News Agency, Voice of Vietnam, Hanoi Television, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Education Times Newspaper, Education Journal. 
In his opening address, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thuong, Permanent Deputy Minister of MOET, extended a warm welcome to all professors, scientists, and delegates attending ACCC10. He emphasized that "the successful hosting of ACCC10 is a testament to the growing stature of Vietnamese science on the international stage and affirms the organizational, cooperative, and research capabilities of domestic universities and research institutes." He expressed his hope that "through this conference, professors and students will extensively connect with the international academic network, form international collaborative projects, and establish young research groups with high application potential, thereby propelling the Vietnamese chemical industry into a new phase – from research to production, from theory to practice, learning along with practicing, and research along with reality." The Deputy Minister also voiced his expectation that the conference would further promote research collaboration, knowledge sharing, practical application, and inspire creativity and a passion for research among the younger generation of Vietnamese scientists.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Trao, Vice President of Hanoi National University of Education, expressed his honor that the university was entrusted to host ACCC10, a premier international scientific event gathering leading scientists and young researchers from numerous countries. He underscored that "We believe that science knows no borders. By working together internationally, we can face global challenges, inspire young scientists, and promote sustainable development. This conference is a great opportunity for all of us to share ideas, exchange experiences, and build lasting friendships in the academic community." He extended his gratitude to the Organizing Committee, partners, and sponsors for their support and hoped that the outcomes and connections forged at ACCC10 would open new avenues for research collaboration, positively contributing to the development of science and education in the region.

Following the program, Prof. Masahiro Yamashita, Secretary-General of ACCC, delivered a speech reflecting on the development and significant achievements of the conference. He highlighted its core aims: to advance coordination chemistry in Asian countries and regions, promote collaboration among them, encourage and support young and female coordination chemists, and to stimulate the growth of coordination chemistry within the region.

Concluding the opening session, Prof. Dr. Dang Ngoc Quang, Co-Chair of ACCC10, expressed his profound gratitude to all delegates, students, and researchers who attended the meaningful event. The Professor shared that "This is a significant event not only for ACCC coordination chemistry researchers but also for the global chemistry research community. We hope that this conference will serve as a valuable opportunity for all scientists and students to share ideas, discuss, and strengthen collaboration in the field of coordination chemistry, making ACCC10 a special milestone."

ACCC10 is being held at Hanoi National University of Education from October 24 to 27, 2025, with the participation of over 580 delegates from 24 countries and territories worldwide. The conference brings together leading scientists in the field of coordination chemistry, alongside many lecturers, graduate, and young students. The scientific program features 444 presentations, including 6 plenary lectures, 4 award lectures, and a special lecture by Prof. Konstantin S. Novoselov – the 2010 Nobel Laureate in Physics.
ACCC10 is not only a large-scale international scientific event but also a significant step forward in affirming Vietnam's role and capabilities within the global scientific community, contributing to the promotion of research, innovation, and sustainable development in the field of Chemistry.
