Introdution
Faculty of Education Management is a prestigious unit, and a pioneer in training and retraining high quality educational managers and leaders in all school levels in Vietnam. The object of the training program includes educational managers and leaders who require to improve training qualifications, achieve standard or upon standard.
Mission
Faculty of Education Management is striving to be one of the country’s leading foundations to train high quality educational managers in all levels. It is also a center of research and development of educational management science, information; providing educational management service responding effectively to the requirement of educational development of the country in the context of educational innovation, industrialization, modernization, building learning society, being suitable with educational tradition as well as the development trend of the world.
Function
- Training educational management staff at all levels: Bachelors, Masters and PhD.
- Organizing programs to provide credit for improving and updating knowledge to managers and leaders at all levels.
- Implementing scientific studies, theoretical and practical studies of educational management to apply in teaching and educational management innovation.
- Expanding information, exchanging of scientific knowledge of educational management, providing intensive courses to managers and educational leaders frequently updating knowledge.
- Cooperating in training, retraining, researching science on educational management with organizations, training institutions inside and abroad.
- Advising for the State management agency on education development strategies and policies on management and leadership of education
