Discussing at the meeting, Ms. Tao Huang – Director of International Programs at IBS.BFSU introduced a number of study programs and cooperation opportunities, including student and faculty exchange programs, summer camp programs, and scholarships for students of Hanoi National University of Education. In addition, based on the similarities between the two universities, Ms. Tao Huang also proposed to cooperate on a number of short-term language training courses for students of the two universities.

Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), founded in 1941, is one of China's leading universities specializing in international languages and cultures. Located in the capital city of Beijing, the university is famous for its reputation in training majors in linguistics, international culture, and international relations. International Business School (IBS.BFSU) is a school affiliated with Beijing Foreign Studies University, specializing in training programs in international business administration and related fields. IBS.BFSU stands out with its master's and undergraduate programs designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge of global business, combined with the ability to communicate and understand multinational cultures.
On behalf of Hanoi National University of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the University’s Board introduced the university’s diverse training programs, including programs taught in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese, thereby proposing cooperation opportunities between the two universities in the coming time such as: bachelor’s and master’s programs, student and lecturer exchange programs, short-term training programs, etc.

After fruitful discussion and consideration, the two universities confirm to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which clearly state specific areas of cooperation, including student and lecturer exchanges, research, master’s and bachelor’s degree programs, and the development of special programs such as dual degree programs for students studying Chinese and English, language courses, and related content.
The cooperation between Hanoi National University of Education and International Business School, Beijing University of Foreign Studies promises to bring valuable academic and cultural opportunities to students and lecturers of both universities, while strengthening the relationship between Vietnam and China.
