On behalf of Mongolian National University of Education, there were Dr. Battsooj Sukhbayar, Principal of the School of Fine Arts and Technology; Dr. Uuriintuya Dembereldorj - Director of the Lifelong Education and Distance Education Program.
On behalf of Hanoi National University of Education, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang - Head of the President’s Office; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Danh Bich - Dean of the Faculty of Physics; Dr. Bui Thi Ha Giang - Deputy Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Training.
Mongolian National Pedagogical University was established in 1951, is a prestigious university, ranked fourth out of 160 schools in Mongolia, the university has 09 member schools with the mission of providing teachers for the education system in Mongolia and supporting national education activities. From the similarities in functions, tasks and roles with the education system between Hanoi National University of Education and Mongolian National University of Education, the two schools have reached initial agreements on the exchange of lecturers and students, support for scientific research, especially regular training and distance learning.
Speaking at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education expressed a warm welcome to the delegation of Mongolian National University of Education. He expressed his hope that the two pedagogical universities will cooperate first in the fields of training, guidance, scientific research, student exchange in the form of online, then move towards credit recognition and recognition of study programs.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Battsooj Sukhbayar and Dr. Uuriintuya Dembereldorj, Mongolian National University of Education expressed their desire to cooperate in depth in the fields of STEM, STEAM, natural sciences and some specialized fields inside and outside of pedagogy between the two universities.
From this meeting, the two universities aim to sign a memorandum of cooperation, assigning the Center for Continuing Education and Training in conjunction with the Center for Lifelong Education and Distance Education of Mongolian National University of Education to select suitable programs to conduct short-term training courses and credit recognition in the form of online.
