The Institute for International Education and Training is a professional unit of Hanoi National University of Education, operating in accordance with the law; comply with the Charter of the University; under the direct management and supervision of the University, particularly the President of Hanoi National University of Education.

The Institute operates in the field of international cooperation services in education, training and scientific research to serve the development needs of the university and the society. The Institute is responsible for organizing training programs and management of foreign exchange programs; research, application and technology transfer; providing support for international students and exchange services, supervision for studying abroad.

The Institute is also responsible for developing resources to enhance the effectiveness of international cooperation, actively contributing to the development of the University, expanding the scale and type of training with the prestigious educational partners all over the world.
