According to the 2025 Decisions of the State Council for Professorship, Hanoi National University of Education has 13 scientists who met the standards for the title of Associate Professor, including:

In addition, the President signed decisions for the appointment and re-appointment of 05 management personnel to meet development requirements in the new period:

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President of HNUE, congratulated the teachers and assigned their upcoming tasks. He emphasized that the recognition of titles and appointments reflects the individual efforts of the teachers and the collective support from their units. This also affirms the University Leadership's trust and expectations for the staff to continue contributing to the quality of training, scientific research, and the prestige of HNUE.

Representing the new Associate Professors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Tuyet expressed her honor and pride in being recognized at this pedagogical institution.
