The Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) and Nanning Normal University (NNU), China.

On August 22th, 2023, HNUE and NNU, China signed Memorandum of Understanding about the cooperation agreement between the two universities.

On behalf of NNU, there were Prof. Dr. Yang Xuming - Director of the Institute of International Education, Head of International Exchange Cooperation Department; Prof. Wei Haiming, Dean, School of Economics & Management; Prof. Wang Derong, Dean, School of Logistics Management and Engineering; Prof. Li Qiang, Dean, School of Education Sciences; Prof. Bi Yingzhou, Dean, School for Computer and Information Engineering (SCIE); Mr. Cai Lichao, Department of International Exchange and Cooperation

On behalf of HNUE, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, Vice President of HNUE; Prof. Dr. Le Huy Bac, Director of the Institute of International Education, Dean of Faculty of Vietnamese Studies; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang, Head of the President’s Office; Dr. Tran Cuong, Deputy Head of Training Department; Dr. Hy Thi Hong Nhung, Deputy Head of Chinese Language Department; Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Deputy Head of the President’s Office.

Opening the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, Vice President of HNUE warmly welcomed and highly acknowledged the significance of the MoU signing, which would promote the connection not only between NNU and HNUE but also China and Vietnam, thereby contributing to strengthen the quality in education in general. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son also expressed the belief that the cooperation among the two parties would open up a great opportunity for academic exchange and better the training programs.

Attending the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Yang Xuming, Director of the Institute of International Education, Head of the Department of International Exchange Cooperation, Nanning National University expressed his pleasure and appreciated the cooperation relationship with Hanoi National University of Education. He believed that the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding will promote the two universities' strengths, create a deep and practical relationship to promote cooperation and contribute to each other.

Nanning Normal University is located in Nanning city, Guangxi province, China. The university currently has nearly 70 training majors with many outstanding majors such as Social Work, Journalism, Information Management and Information Systems, Early Childhood Education, Modern Educational Technology...

Based on previous discussions on the cooperation agreement between the two universities, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, Vice President of Hanoi National University of Education and Prof. Dr. Yang Xuming, Director of the Institute of International Education, Head of International Exchange Cooperation Department, Nanning National University signed the MOU with the fields of activities such as promoting academic programs; exchange of lecturers and students; conducting conferences; exchange of information and academic documents; and other activities.
