The Ceremony was held at Hall 11.10, Hanoi National University of Education with the participation and presentation of congratulatory flowers by delegates of leaders of Departments, Bureaus, Ministries, Central Branches, Leaders of PA03 Department, Leaders of Cau Giay District People's Committee, Leaders of Cau Giay District Police, Leaders of Cau Giay District Education Department, Leaders of Dich Vong Hau Ward People's Committee, Leaders of Dich Vong Hau Ward Police; the participation of many generations of University leaders in the Party Committee; University Council; Board of Directors; along with a large number of lecturers, staff and representatives of students and trainees.
In the ceremony, Hanoi National University of Education honored the former teachers who were leaders of the university: Party Secretary, Principal, Vice Principal of the university through the periods. The presence of the teachers is an honor and a great source of encouragement for teachers and students of Hanoi National University of Education. Teachers are the ones who laid the foundation for the development of the university through historical periods, and at the same time are the driving force for the university in the new context, facing new challenges and opportunities in the educational reform of the whole country.
The Party Committee, University Council, and Board of Directors of Hanoi National University of Education gave flowers to express gratitude to generations of School Leaders.
In 2024, Hanoi National University of Education was honored to have 05 teachers awarded the title of People's Teacher, Meritorious Teacher; 11 teachers, lecturers and administrative staff were awarded commemorative medals for the Cause of Education; 10 teachers were outstanding lecturers; 06 staff were outstanding administrative staff. These are the remarkable achievements and results of the University in teaching, learning, and supporting teaching and learning activities throughout the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son – President of HNUE emphasized the value of the teaching profession to overcome the challenges and hardships of life and to love the profession more. The President also emphasized the values of the moments when teachers are working, which are the sincerest and humane moments that teachers have and preserve through the teaching profession. He also emphasized the role of each student in the teaching and learning process, to preserve and spread beautiful and good images in each person and in society.

At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Chanh - Lecturer of the Faculty of Philology also shared the concerns and love for the profession of each teacher. Through that, teachers need to have more faith and respect for the profession they are pursuing.

In the solemn atmosphere of the Ceremony, the University also awarded prizes to the excellent teams of the 2024 Pedagogical Professional Season, which is an annual activity of teachers and students of Hanoi National University of Education to contribute to improving professional skills and nurturing students' love for the profession. Pedagogical professional activities in 2024 with the results of the teams as follow:

Second Prize: Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Chemistry.
Third Prize: Faculty of History, Faculty of Politics - Civic Education, Faculty of Geography.

The 42nd Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, and the 2024 Awards at all levels of Hanoi National University of Education concluded with the meaningful melody of the song People's Teacher. In lieu of best wishes to teachers, managers, and employees in the entire industry for good health, continued imbued with the spirit of innovation, steadfastly overcoming difficulties, upholding the sense of responsibility, passion for the profession, truly being "an example of morality, self-study and creativity", contributing to the successful implementation of the cause of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training in our country.
