1. Opening Remarks by the Head of Faculty
Dr. Trần Hương Quỳnh, Head of the Faculty of English, emphasized the role of lifelong learning in English teacher education and introduced reputable open resources and professional forums for responsible and effective academic use.

2. International Guest Speaker
The workshop was honored to welcome Ms. Ashley Fifer from Nassau Community College, USA, who also serves as a Virtual English Language Specialist with the U.S. Embassy’s Regional English Language Office (RELO), with which the Faculty has had the opportunity to collaborate over the past two semesters. She shared practical insights on OER integration, key copyright considerations, and open platforms supporting ESL/EFL teachers worldwide.

3. Student Presentations
Five student groups presented OER-based projects, including resource evaluation, theory-informed lesson design, short teaching demonstrations, and transparent referencing.
