Opening the ceremony, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, President of Hanoi National University of Education, thanked the Delegation of Guilin University for visiting and working with the School. In the spirit of enhancing diverse and profound international exchanges and cooperation, the President highly appreciated the significance of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Guilin University and Hanoi National University of Education. This is an important premise to connect the two training institutions to jointly develop educational and research activities, thereby contributing to enhancing exchanges of not only staff and lecturers but also students between the two Universities. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh also expressed his hope that the cooperation between the two schools will increasingly have more practical and specific activities.
Attending the ceremony, Prof. Duong Thu Triet, Director and President of Guilin University, expressed his joy and appreciation for the cooperative relationship with Hanoi National University of Education. He believes that the signing of the cooperation memorandum will encourage the two sides to implement practical and profound cooperation through educational cooperation, student exchange, and research activities. Besides, he also said that this Cooperation Agreement is an opportunity for the two sides to promote their strengths and the expansion of cooperation.
Based on previous discussions about the Cooperation Agreement between the two schools, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, President of Hanoi National University of Education, and Prof. Duong Thu Triet, Director and President of Guilin Academy, signed the Memorandum of Understanding in educational fields such as promoting academic programs; exchanging lecturers and students; Implement conferences and several other activities.
