On the side of Hanoi National University of Education, there was Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, President of HNUE; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang, Head of the President’s Office; Dr. Tran Ba ​​Trinh - Head of the Training Department; Assoc. Opening the ceremony, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, President of Hanoi National University of Education, gave a welcoming speech to Wenshan University’s delegation. Professor highly appreciated the significance of signing the Memorandum of Understanding to promote the cooperative relationship between Hanoi National University of Education and Wenshan University, strengthening the educational cooperation relationship between Vietnam and China. Accordingly, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh also expressed confidence that the signing minutes will open up connections in scientific research and training that will be practically implemented by Hanoi National University of Education and Wenshan University.

Attending the ceremony, Mr. Que Chinh Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee of Wenshan University, expressed his agreement and appreciation for the cooperative relationship with Hanoi National University of Education. He emphasized that signing a memorandum of cooperation would be a step forward in promoting practical cooperation activities, creating extensive and practical relationships, expanding cooperation in scientific research, and exchanging lecturers, staff, and students.

Based on previous discussions about the Cooperation Agreement between the two schools, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, President of Hanoi National University of Education, and Mr. Que Chinh Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee of Wenshan University signed the Memorandum of Understanding with areas of activity such as: promote academic programs; exchange lecturers and students; deploy conferences and seminars; exchange of information and academic documents; and some other educational activities.
