In attendance at the ceremony were Associate Professor Pham Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Quality Management Department – Ministry of Education and Training; Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Center for Education Accreditation – Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Professor Nguyen Van Minh, President of Hanoi National University of Education, along with the members of the Executive Board; Heads and Deputy Heads of various departments throughout the university; Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Chairman of the Student Association; representatives of faculty members from different departments; representatives of students from various faculties; Self-assessment Council, Secretariat, and specialized groups participating in the self-assessment of the educational institution; Faculty and staff members of the university.

Associate Professor Duong Giang Thien Huong, Director of the Center for Quality Assurance of HNUE, announced the Decision on the attainment of educational quality accreditation (Cycle 2).

Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Center for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, delivered a speech and presented the Certificate of Quality Accreditation (Cycle 2) to HNUE

On behalf of the university, Professor Nguyen Van Minh, the President of Hanoi National University of Education, expressed gratitude to the Quality Management Department – Ministry of Education and Training and the Center for Education Accreditation – Vietnam National University, Hanoi for their collaboration in helping the university achieve the accreditation results of Cycle 2. The President also expressed appreciation for the efforts of all faculty members in the faculties and departments at HNUE throughout the self-assessment and external evaluation process. In his speech, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh emphasized that the university is always aware that ensuring quality is a continuous and ongoing process, extending beyond education and permeating all aspects of the organization’s activities. He highlighted the importance of increasing awareness among all staff members, faculty, students, and learners about quality assurance work, aiming to build and develop a quality culture within the university. Therefore, the certificate is a result and an encouragement to continue pushing forward in the ongoing journey of quality assurance.

Attending and delivering a speech at the ceremony, Associate Professor Pham Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training, warmly congratulated Hanoi National University of Education on achieving the accreditation of its educational institution. He also expressed the desire for the faculty and students of the university to continue leveraging their existing strengths and gradually elevate the university’s brand and standing to new heights.

For HNUE, the task of education goes beyond ensuring quality and also entails accounting for the quality of the training programs to learners, employers, stakeholders, and society as a whole. Quality accreditation is of great importance and is an objective trend in the current phase, affirming the role and responsibility of the university towards society in training the workforce for the country. The ceremony announcing the Decision and presenting the Certificate of Quality Accreditation (Cycle 2) is a significantly important event for HNUE, making a strong transformative process and further reaffirming the university’s position as a leading pedagogical institution in the country.
