On the behalf of  HNUE, there were teachers in the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the University Council, Former Presidents, Former Party Secretaries, Chairman of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Youth Union; Chairman of the Student Union; representatives of the Alumni Association; Heads, Deputy Heads of Units; Party Secretary; Trade Union Chairman of the Department; Heads, Deputy Heads of Departments; Professors, Associate Professors, PhDs, Lecturers, Principal Researchers, Senior Staff, Senior Accountants, Senior Librarians; as well as postgraduate students and undergraduate students of the University.

During the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Viet Loc - Head of the Department of Personnel Organization announced Decision No. 686/QD-BGDĐT dated February 29, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training, recognizing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hien, Party Secretary, Vice President of Hanoi University of Education, as the Chairman of the University Council of Hanoi National University of Education for the term 2020 - 2025.

At the same time, he sent his deep thanks to Prof. Dr. Do Viet Hung - Former Chairman of the University Council about his important contributions in the past period. The new Chairman of the University Council affirmed that he will accompany the University Council of Hanoi National University of Education to effectively carry out the tasks and missions of the University for the 2020 - 2025 term and realize the vision to 2030, Hanoi National University of Education will achieve outstanding results in science and technology research, especially educational science, and high-quality teacher training at the national and international level.

The University Council of Hanoi National University of Education is the administrative organization, exercising the representative rights of the University and related parties. The Chairman of the University Council must be a person with good political and moral qualities, prestige, experience in higher education management, and good health to perform his duties; age to hold the position of Chairman of the University Council according to the provisions of law.

The event of recognizing the Chairman of the University Council of Hanoi National University of Education has a particularly important meaning, marking a new development step in the work of perfecting the university's apparatus; The positive contributions of the University Council will open a new phase for stronger development of Hanoi National University of Education in the future.
