Representing Hanoi National University of Education were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan – Vice President of the University – along with leaders from: the Publishing House, the Center for Continuous Training and Professional Development, the Information Technology Center, the Center for Educational Development and Digital Technology, the Center for Research and Teacher Professional Development, the Faculty of Information Technology, and the Faculty of Educational Management.

Representing Tay Phuong Commune were Comrade Nguyen Minh Hong – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune's People's Council; Comrade Can Van Huong – Chairman of the Commune's People's Committee; and other key leaders.

Opening the working session, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hong emphasized the importance of education and training in the sustainable development strategy of Tay Phuong Commune, affirming this as a key task identified in the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Commune's Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Tay Phuong Commune desires to build a synchronized and modern education system that meets integration requirements and promotes local cultural advantages. Speaking at the session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan expressed his gratitude to the leadership of Tay Phuong Commune for their trust in selecting Hanoi National University of Education as a partner for cooperative development towards achieving a breakthrough in the commune's education. With its position as a key pedagogical university in the country, the University will, in the future, provide maximum support to Tay Phuong Commune in training and professional development through specific plans, projects, and actions. During the session, members of the University's working delegation provided analyses and assessments of the local education system. Based on this, they suggested specific solutions suitable to the unique characteristics of the locality and with high feasibility. The two sides agreed to coordinate in the following key areas:

Assessing and enhancing professional capacity for teachers and educational managers at preschool, primary, and lower secondary levels.

• Strengthening English language proficiency training for teachers and students.

• Organizing exchange activities and sharing experiences between schools in the commune and the school system under Hanoi National University of Education.

• Establishing youth volunteer teams to support the implementation of the "Digital Mass Education" movement in the locality.

• Providing continuous training on skills for applying Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching and management for commune officials, civil servants, and educational managers.

The working session laid a solid foundation for a long-term and effective cooperative relationship, promising to bring about positive changes and create strong momentum for the development of education and training in Tay Phuong Commune in the coming time.
