In particular, the seminar welcomed the participation of representatives of leadership and experts from the IT Center and Computer Center of universities in the Hanoi area (University of Education, University of Construction, University of Industry, University of Water Resources, University of Transport and Communications, Hanoi Medical University, Public Health University, Hanoi University, National Economics University, Trade University, etc.).
The objective of the seminar was to discuss, exchange experiences, and find solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of online training in universities.

This is a practical activity specifically implementing Decision No. 131/QD-TTg on "Enhancing the Application of Information Technology and Digital Transformation in Education and Training for the period 2022-2025, with a vision towards 2030" by the Prime Minister, and Circular No. 30/2023/TT-BGDĐT on "Regulations on the Application of Information Technology in Online Training for Higher Education" by the Ministry of Education and Training.
The seminar discussed solutions to meet the requirements of applying information technology in online training, such as software systems (synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid), digital learning materials, human resources, infrastructure, equipment, connectivity, and information security. Additionally, the participants also had lively discussions on the content and necessity of issuing regulations for online training at higher education institutions, including intriguing topics such as intellectual property, credit recognition, and quality assurance monitoring.

Two reports related to technical solutions in online training were presented during the seminar. The first report was on the Hybrid Classroom Solution: In-person & Online by CETECH Joint Stock Company and TQT Computer Company, along with the TN-elearning online training solution presented by a representative from Trí Nam Group. These two solutions promise convenience and effectiveness in the process of online training at universities.
The Hybrid Classroom Solution creates a user-friendly environment for instructors by combining online and in-person teaching methods. On the other hand, the TN-e-learning solution is a comprehensive approach that integrates the management and organization of online training.
At the end of the seminar, representatives from universities and experts expressed their desire to continue having more seminars to have further discussions and in-depth sharing on aspects of online training such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, etc.
