In his speech at the working session, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) expressed his desire and expectations for specific, effective, and socially impactful cooperation agreements between HNUE and the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province. Accordingly, the collaboration between the two parties aims to focus on coordinated training and professional development to enhance the expertise and skills of the officials and teachers in Dak Lak province.

Representing the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa - Director of the Department of Education and Training, also expressed gratitude to HNUE for the warm reception given to the working delegation. At the same time, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa shared notable characteristics and urgent needs in teacher training and development in Dak Lak province, proposing areas of cooperation with HNUE in the near future.

After signing the Cooperation Agreement, HNUE and the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province continued to have more detailed discussions and sharing regarding the implementation of training courses and development programs for teachers and educational administrators in Dak Lak province, as well as organizing STEM/STEAM education activities for teachers.

The signing ceremony was successfully conducted with high consensus from both parties, opening up long-term strategic cooperation and promising many successes in the future.
