On behalf of DLSUD, there was the presence of Dr. Sonia Gementiza, University's Vice President for Linkages and External Affairs (center) and Dr. George Francisco, Director for Linkages and External Affairs.

On behalf of Hanoi National University of Education, attending the meeting was the presence of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Lan Hung Son - Dean of Faculty of Biology, Assoc. Prof. Le Van Hien - Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Assoc. Prof. Ngo Hoang Long - Vice Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Assoc. Prof. Tran Duc Hau - Dean of the Faculty of Biology, Dr. Nguyen Nhu Thang - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trung Thu - Faculty of Biology, Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh - Deputy Head of the President ’s Office, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chien - Staff, the President’s Office.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh expressed the warmest greeting to all the delegates of Office of the Vice President for Internationalization and External Affairs of DLSUD coming to HNUE. Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh introduced the history of HNUE, key information about its training and teaching programs, the position of HNUE in the national education system, and the important achievements of the institution. The leaders from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and the Faculty of Biology actively introduced about the curriculum and the potential exchange programs for students at two universities. 

Dr. Sonia Gementiza and Dr. George Francisco made a presentation about the university's status and looked forward to plans for academic mobility and other exchange programs for SY 2023-2024. The meeting ended with consensus on establishing a student exchange program between the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and the Faculty of Biology for the academic year 2024-2025, based on the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed between the two educational institutions in October 2023.
