Regarding Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), the ceremony was honored to welcome Ms. Usubyan Shushanik Araevna - Head of the Office of International Affairs, Ms. Barielyan Yana Surenovna - Head of the Department for work with foreign students, Office of International Affairs, and Ms. Bui Phuong Thao - Education & Methodology Specialist, Office of International Affairs.

On the side of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), there was Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang - Head of the President’s Office; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Minh Nguyet - Dean, Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pho Duc Hoa -  Former Vice Dean, Faculty of Primary Education; and Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh - Deputy Head of the President's Office. 

At the beginning of the working session, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education, delivered a welcoming speech to welcome the esteemed delegation from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education to visit and work with Hanoi National University of Education.

At the working session, Ms. Usubyan Shushanik Araebna - Head of the Office of International Affairs expressed her delight to work and exchange experiences at Hanoi National University of Education. Ms. Usubyan Shushanik Araebna mentioned that Moscow State University of Psychology and Education has a long-established history and is one of the first educational institutions in the Russian Federation to specialize in Psychology and Education. Currently, the University has 13 faculties and institutes, offering over 80 training programs with more than 500 internship partners nationwide. The University hopes to develop international cooperation activities with Hanoi National University of Education in various areas, such as student exchange programs, faculty and staff exchange programs, joint scientific research in the field of Psychology, and the establishment of language exchange programs between the two institutions. At present, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education has 14 reputable scientific journals, high ranking in the Scopus and Web of Science databases in Psychology, Education, and Social Sciences, among others.

On behalf of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy at Hanoi National University of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Minh Nguyet - Head of the Faculty - shared the key information about the undergraduate and postgraduate training programs currently offered in the field of Psychology and Pedagogy. Assoc. Prof. Le Minh Nguyet expressed her desire to establish specific and practical cooperation programs, aiming to build collaborative programs between the two educational institutions.

The working session has opened up opportunities for cooperation between Hanoi National University of Education and Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (Russian Federation) in the future.
