Regarding the Thu Dau Mot University of Binh Duong province, the ceremony was honored to welcome Dr. Doan Ngoc Xuan - Chairman of the University Council, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Rector, MA. Le Thi Kim Ut - Head of University Education Department, Head of International High School Project Committee; Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Lien Thuong - Director of Applied Development Institute; Assoc. On the side of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Trao - Vice President of Hanoi National University of Education; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang - Head of the President’s Office; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Minh Lam - Head of the Office of Science and Technology Management; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Bien, Director of the Center for Research and Teacher Professional Development; Dr. Vuong Huy Tho - Director of Training and Continuing Education; Assoc. At the beginning of the working session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education, delivered a welcoming speech to welcome the esteemed delegation from Thu Dau Mot University to visit and work with Hanoi National University of Education.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh, Former President of Hanoi National University of Education, also gave a speech introducing some information about the university. According to him, Hanoi National University of Education currently has a system of Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School, and High School, with an education system that provides opportunities for students to learn about the pedagogical profession. The university's system is proactive and flexible in organizational work, including entrance exams, models, and methods of organizing activities that are relatively different. Currently, Nguyen Tat Thanh Lower and Upper Secondary School is a financially autonomous public school model with relatively low tuition fees compared to other schools in Hanoi. Thu Dau Mot University can consider such an educational model to improve the quality of education at the local and city level.

On behalf of the delegation from Thu Dau Mot University, Dr. Doan Ngoc Xuan, Chairman of the University Council, expressed joy in being able to work and exchange experiences at HNUE. The university hopes to learn, research, and receive support from the esteemed teachers at Hanoi National University of Education to develop the secondary education system at Thu Dau Mot University. Dr. Doan Ngoc Xuan affirmed that pedagogy is a traditional field with a rich history that contributes to the brand of Thu Dau Mot University. He hopes that in the near future, the two universities will continue to have deeper and broader cooperation.

Dr. Pham Sy Cuong, Principal of Nguyen Tat Thanh Lower and Upper Secondary School, believes that the meeting and exchange with Thu Dau Mot University not only brings experience to Thu Dau Mot University but also provides a learning opportunity for Nguyen Tat Thanh Lower and Upper Secondary School. From there, he hopes to further expand long-term cooperation between the two universities.
