Representing Hanoi National University of Education were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Minh Lam - Head of the Science and Technology Management Office, Dr. Trinh Thuy Duong - Dean of the Faculty of French, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Vu Khac - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Geography, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physics, and Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh - Deputy Head of the President's Office.
The meeting commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Deputy Head of the President's Office. She provided an overview of Hanoi National University of Education, its mission, role, position within the national education system, and current key international cooperation activities. Representatives from the Faculties of Physics, Geography, and French–Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Hoa, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Vu Khac, and Dr. Trinh Thuy Duong, respectively – shared information about their faculties and training programs, highlighting the history of cooperation in training and scientific research with French universities. The meeting proceeded with proposals for international cooperation activities in science and technology between the two institutions presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Minh Lam, Head of the Science and Technology Management Office.
After listening to the sharing from representatives of Hanoi National University of Education, Ms. Irina Nicoleta Simon, Director of the International Cooperation Center, expressed her gratitude for the warm and respectful welcome from the university. She affirmed that with its mission as a comprehensive university, the University of Strasbourg is seeking partners for multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral development who share an essential mission of fostering talent and enhancing academic quality.

The meeting proceeded vibrantly, with both sides expressing their desire for cooperation, and concluded successfully with strong consensus in areas of strength for both universities, such as Geography, Quantum Physics, Languages, Biology, and more. The meeting opened up promising opportunities for cooperation between the two institutions across various fields and activities.
