Attending the International Chinese Language Testing and Education Technology Co., Ltd. was Mr. Liu Xiaolong, Deputy General Director, and the company's leadership team. From the Chinese universities, the university was honored to welcome representatives from Tsinghua University, Tianjin Normal University, Fudan University, Shenzhen University, Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Renmin University of China, Harbin Normal University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Hainan Medical University, Nantong University, Chongqing University, Dalian University of Technology, Xiamen University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Beijing Institute of Technology.

Representing Hanoi National University of Education were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kieu Van Hoan - Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Minh Lam - Head of Science and Technology Management Office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Giang Thien Huong - Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Prof. Dr. Luc Huy Hoang - Director of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Danh Bich - Dean of the Faculty of Physics; Dr. Ngo Thi Khanh Chi - Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture; Dr. Nguyen Duy Hai - Director of the IT Center; Dr. Hy Thi Hong Nhung - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture, Assoc. Opening the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son - President of HNUE, extended his gratitude and welcomed the delegation of leaders from many leading prestigious universities in China and the International Chinese Language Testing and Education Technology Co., Ltd. In addition to introducing the history of development and the position of HNUE in the national education system, he emphasized four strategic cooperation areas: (1) Cooperation in teacher training, (2) Cooperation in the field of basic science, (3) Cooperation in scholar and lecturer exchange, and (4) Cooperation in scientific research. These will be important orientations for Chinese universities to concretize international cooperation activities with HNUE.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Liu Xiaolong, Deputy General Director of the International Chinese Language Testing and Education Technology Co., Ltd. (China), expressed his appreciation for the warm and respectful welcome from the university. He announced that HNUE has officially become the 9th HSK test center recognized in Vietnam. This event marks a new step forward in educational cooperation between the two countries, especially in the context of the increasing popularity of the Chinese language with more than 51 universities in Vietnam offering Chinese language training. He wished HNUE would make every effort to become a reputable HSK test center, providing high-quality services to meet the growing needs of Chinese language learners. At the same time, he affirmed that he would continue to play a bridging role, promoting comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China in the fields of education and scientific research.

Continuing the program, representatives of institutes and faculties of HNUE introduced basic information and proposed specific cooperation directions for their units. Representatives from Chinese universities also expressed their honor and confidence in connecting in the fields of education and international training in the near future.

The meeting was a success and opened up valuable opportunities for international cooperation in the context of increasingly close diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China.
