Mr. Do Nhu Quach, the general director of Vietnam Technology Investment, Development, and Transfer Joint Stock Company, Ms. Do Phuong Thao, the Head of the Project Department, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh, the Business Director of the Project, and Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, the Head of the Technical Department, represented the company.

Representing Hanoi National University of Education was Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education; Dr. Dinh Minh Hang - Head of the President's Office; M.A. Bui Duc Nam - Head of the Planning and Finance Office; Dr. Vuong Huy Tho - Director of Center for Training and Continuing Education; Assoc. Prof. Bui Thi Lam - Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education; Dr. Tran Huong Quynh - Dean of the Faculty of English; and other lecturers from relevant units.

Opening the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Son - President of Hanoi National University of Education warmly welcomed the delegates from Vietnam Technology Investment, Development and Transfer Joint Stock Company. Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Son shared: The task of teacher training is one of the critical tasks of the University, so the University always welcomes partners with the same goal to combine with the University to carry out the training work. Through that, he hopes that the cooperation agreement between the two units will be implemented properly and effectively, contributing to society and helping to improve the capacity of preschool teachers. The cooperation between the two sides aims to build and implement training courses to enhance preschool teachers' capacity and English teaching methods.

At the meeting, Mr. Do Nhu Quach shared with Hanoi National University of Education some basic features and highlights about the content, orientation, and development goals of some projects the company has participated in, such as English project, book digitization project, project development a team of preschool teachers teaching in English. Through these exchanges, Mr. Do Nhu Quach proposed suitable areas of cooperation between Vietnam Technology Investment, Development and Transfer Joint Stock Company and Hanoi National University of Education in the coming time.
