The ceremony was attended by party members, the University Council, the Executive Board, leaders of units and organizations, family members, friends, and colleagues who came to attend and celebrate with the newly appointed Associate Professors.
In the 2023 academic promotion round, Hanoi National University of Education had the honor of recognizing 11 lecturers who met the criteria for the Associate Professor title.

In his speech at the ceremony, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh, the President of the university, congratulated the 11 individuals who achieved the Associate Professor title and entrusted them with important responsibilities for the future of the university in terms of education and nurturing the next generation. He emphasized, "Academic ranks and titles are milestones that mark your efforts, but they are not the endpoint. It is a journey, a continuous improvement to do better tomorrow and to contribute more than today. Efforts in expertise, research, teaching, and responsibility toward students, colleagues, and the community will establish the position and reputation of each individual and the university. I wish you good health, passion, and positive outcomes in the future."

On behalf of the group of educators who were recognized with the Associate Professor title in 2023, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tung expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Party Committee, the Executive Board, the university's leadership, the Basic Professor Council, the leadership of departments, offices, centers, and individual scientists, colleagues, friends, and family who have always provided the best conditions, direct and indirect encouragement, and support throughout their journey of efforts and striving. The newly appointed Associate Professor shared, "The path of each Associate Professor may be associated with different fields, but they all share a common desire to pursue a passion for scientific research, integrate scientific results with education, and aspire to apply these initial achievements in serving the educational philosophy of the university and the education sector. Of course, that path will be filled with challenges to test each person's resilience. On that path, there will be joy, sadness, consecutive failures, and the sweetness of first achievements."
