At the ceremony, Dr. Cao Tuan Anh - Vice Head of Personnel Management- authorized by the Minister of Education and Training, the order President, announced the decision to reappoint the Vice President: Dang Xuan Thu, Do Viet Hung, Nguyen Van Trao.
According to Decision No. 5552 / QD-BGDĐT, December 18th 2017, the Minister of Ministry of Education and Training, Assoc Dang Xuan Thu be re-appointed, as Vice President of Hanoi University of Education until the end of the retirement age prescribed by the State.
According to Decision No. 5554 / QD-BGDĐT, December 18th 2017, the Minister of Education and Training, Prof. Do Viet Hung was reappointed, as Vice President of Hanoi University of Education, time served under the tenure of the president.
According to Decision No. 5555 / QD-BGDĐT, December 18th 2017, the Minister Ministry of Education and Training, Assoc Nguyen Van Trao was reappointed, as Deputy Rector of Hanoi University of Education, time served under the tenure of the president.

Giving a speech at the ceremony, Prof. Nguyen Van Minh- President- congratulated the vice presidents who have received the trust of staff, lecturers, students and credibility, further assignment of leadership of Ministry of Education and Training. Simultaneously, Professor President emphasized the role and responsibility of each individual in the Board of trustees in terms of office ahead: Not only being dedicated and responsible wholeheartedly, the leader of a reputable university like Hanoi National University of Education but also "must actively seek new ones, in accordance with national practice as a nucleus of innovation and take the responsibility for the school advisory" to the field. Professor Principal Members also indicated members of the Board of trustees who have worked with tenure but thought and acted in non- tenure"; He also wants all staff, faculty and students to support a comprehensive reform of the university.
Assoc Dang Xuan Thu - representing the Vice President who was appointed to – made a speech to thank for the trust and support of various staff, faculty, students, students, and credibility and assignment of the leader of Ministry of Education and Training, the leader of the City Party Committee, Party Committee leaders of universities and colleges in Hanoi. Assoc Dang Xuan Thu also shared there will be many difficulties and challenges next time because school will comprehensively reform to meet the requirements of field’s innovation and country. The Vice President promised to be along with President and all staff, lecturers and students to build a solidarity unifying spirit and action, implement a change of training programs, training models, structural rearrangement of staff, lecturers to meet the requirements of stability and development schools.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Party Committee, Trade Unions, Youth Union and the units at university congratulated and gave flowers the vice presidents.
